Merchandise can only be returned in its original package and must include invoice# and date from which merchandise was purchased
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
No merchandise can be returned if not in resale able condition
Open, partial, damaged, or used merchandise can not be returned
Merchandise with any additional label or sticker on packaging will be charged a 10% HANDLING FEE
Any short dated (less than 3 months) or expired (up to 4 months) merchandise from NESTLE, NOVARTIS or ROSS will receive 25% CREDIT. Merchandise expired over 4 months will receive NO CREDIT.
"SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS" receive NO CREDIT
